This includes around 1,900 units at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/smdc.com\/properties\/nature\/glade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Glade Residences<\/a>&nbsp;beginning April 2026; close to 1,000 units at the fully sold&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/smdc.com\/properties\/nature\/style-residences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Style Residences<\/a>&nbsp;in Iloilo; and approximately 1,100 units at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/smdc.com\/properties\/nature\/smile-residences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Smile Residence<\/a>s in Bacolod starting mid-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMDC noted that scheduled turnovers reflect ongoing construction progress and coordinated completion timelines across projects. Units are turned over in phases, aligned with building readiness and utilities activation, to ensure developments are operational as residents begin to move in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key component of SMDC\u2019s approach in the region is sequencing infrastructure ahead of full activation. At&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/smdc.com\/properties\/nature\/parkville\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parkville<\/a>&nbsp;by SMDC Nature, a 2,394-lot residential estate targeted for completion in 2028, land development works are underway, including internal road construction and drainage systems. The estate\u2019s main spine road is targeted to be accessible by December 2026, subject to final site confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parkville is supported by a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/smdc.com\/the-good-life\/a-new-way-in-how-parkvilles-new-bridge-signals-the-shape-of-growth-in-bacolod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four-lane elevated bridge<\/a>&nbsp;engineered to be flood-resilient and seismic-compliant, providing direct access to Burgos Avenue and supporting more than 2,300 future lot owners. In estate developments of this scale, access infrastructure plays a critical role in long-term integration with surrounding city networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond physical development, SMDC has expanded its regional operations through a 300-square-meter Iloilo CBD office that handles sales processing, CTS documentation, PDC receiving, and customer support. The regional hub reduces reliance on Manila-based coordination and strengthens servicing support for buyers in Iloilo and Bacolod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To sustain pipeline continuity, SMDC also disclosed its Western Visayas land position: 8 hectares in Iloilo (planning stage), 74 hectares in Granada, Bacolod, and 71 hectares in Silay \u2014 representing more than 150 hectares of future development capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taken together \u2014 estate infrastructure, phased turnovers, decentralized operations, and forward land banking \u2014 SMDC\u2019s Visayas strategy reflects a shift toward sustained regional presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With deliveries progressing through 2026 and infrastructure development continuing through 2028, Western Visayas is expected to remain a key contributor to
